The people who’s ‘results’ showed their 9 mo old, 70 lb dog to be a shizhu/parsons jack russel have NOT even received a response from the owner of the company, at least as of 6pm today when i talked to my client. (see Sept 30th post)

All she wanted was her money back but the woman who owns the company, who said her ‘reputation was everything’ doesn’t seem to feel any need to return the money.

Now i wonder. The pet industry is a  $4BILLION dollar north american industry and anyone with an idea seems to be able to make claims and not even care about inaccurate info being giving to unsuspecting peopl. They will use a rescue like us, offering to ‘help’ us make much needed money to support these dogs by asking us to use our clients to make THEM money.

Personally, I apologise for giving any of you their kits  and pledge to check out companies a little better before i refer them.
